ARTIST INFO
With over three decades of experience in the music industry, The owners of The Track Factory have gained a notable reputation for their solo careers and collaborations. Not content to rest on their laurels, they are always building towards the next release, adding more classics to their repertoire.
It is a common belief that music should be shared with listeners as much as possible.
The Legal Stuff
What you can do:
You can use music from the Track Factory that you have licenced in any project you are working on that requires library-type music, for example, such as behind a podcast or a video, or in a fitness centre, dance class, yoga class etc, this is royalty-free. You can even use this if you are making a TV show or a movie. You must register that you are using it through approved Royalty organisations.

What you can't do:
You cannot claim the music as your own.
You cannot on-sell the music to others including sample library services.
You cannot release it onto any music streaming sites in its original form and in turn, make royalties of the music for yourself.
You cannot rip the music of any other platform and use it in a project (seriously they are not expensive to get)
You CANNOT use the music to train any kind of AI platform.

The Track Factory gives you a licence to use our music once it's purchased. We do not release our ownership of the tracks. If you have any specific concerns about this we are always happy to discuss this with you.
